    Exceptional size and softness, Jumbo Medjool dates have minimal skin separation and optimal moisture content, representing the highest standard of size and quality. Only a small portion of each harvest meets all of these standards, making Jumbo our rarest and most sought after grade.

They fall just below the exceptional size required for Jumbo, while offering a larger, softer, and more consistent date than our standard medjool. Large is the ideal choice for those who want a premium eating experience without the rarity of the Jumbo grade.

    Exceptional size and texture with more natural variations and skin separation, size and moisture content. Less uniform than our Large and Jumbo grades but still full of flavor.

Our Process

From our trees to your door.

  1. Our trees

    Our farm is CCOF certified organic, we use no pesticides, herbicides or anything artificial on our farm, just water and the natural soil.

  2. Harvest

    There is an annual harvest in late summer, where each date is picked by hand.

  3. Grade

    After harvest, each date is hand sorted by size, skin condition, and moisture. right here on the farm.

  4. Store

    After grading, the dates are moved into freezers right here on our farm, awaiting your order.

  5. Pack

    When you place your order, the fruit comes out of our freezer, into the box and is shipped to you.

  6. Your door

    once our dates arrive at your door, the only thing left to do is enjoy your dates.
