Our Large dates are the ones we eat most often on the farm. They are a little smaller than our Jumbo grade and show a bit more skin separation, and they have the same rich flavor and the same soft texture.

They are the same fruit as Jumbo, picked at the same time from the same trees. Jumbo is rarer, and that is the whole reason Large costs less. It is not a difference in the fruit.

Picked by hand, sorted by hand, and packed on our farm in Yuma, Arizona. Certified organic, with no added sugar and no preservatives. Nothing but the date.

This is the grade to buy if you eat dates regularly — for snacking, for sharing, and for cooking.
