I have ordered the jumbo medjool dates several times, and they have always arrived plump and juicy…and delicious! The last batch I ordered were small and dry and not very good. I reached out to customer service and got a response, but no offer for a replacement for the sub par dates, which was a little disappointing considering the cost to purchase.
I ordered a 2lb box to start and was instantly impressed and hooked! I am now on a 5lb box subscription and even turned my dad onto the product! Highly recommend and I love the fact that I am supporting a small family company.
