I thoroughly enjoy pitted Medjool dates. I eat one every morning with my cup of coffee. These are the best dates ever— sweet, delicious, and very satisfying. I keep five dates ready to eat and freeze the rest. Then I take five out of freezer to enjoy the next week.

I am 67 years old and up until a few weeks back have never had a date in my life. I ordered these trying to have a healthier snack and because alot of recipes I have been seeing use them for there sweetness. I have to say I am blown away by there texture and flavor.
